Account data (name, email, hashed password, optional phone), company data and the accounting data you record (partners, invoices, payments, employees with their pay, attached documents), plus technical access logs (IP, time, action).
To provide the accounting service, to secure your account (login throttling, 2FA), for technical support and legal obligations. We do not use your data for advertising and never sell it.
Performance of the service contract, legitimate interest in security and service improvement, and your consent for optional features (e.g. Google/Microsoft sign-in).
Data is not shared with third parties except infrastructure providers (hosting, email) bound by confidentiality, integrations you enable yourself (fiscalisation platforms, API keys) and legal obligations.
Only technical cookies: your working session, the site language and, if you choose, remembering your email on the login page. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Data is kept for the life of the account and for the statutory retention period of accounting records. After account closure it is deleted or anonymised within 90 days unless the law requires longer retention.
Encryption in transit (HTTPS), bcrypt passwords, protected 2FA secrets, daily backups, restricted server access and per-company storage isolation.
You have the right to access, rectify, export (portability) and erase your data, and to object to processing. Requests are handled within 30 days at kontakt@konsulence.al. You may also contact the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
