These terms govern the use of the LlogariPro platform (books.konsulence.al), operated by KONSULENCE.AL. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.

LlogariPro is an online accounting platform (software as a service) for bookkeeping, invoicing, banking, payroll, taxes, projects and financial reporting. It is provided as is, with continuous updates.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, for enabling two-factor authentication when handling sensitive data, and for the actions of users you invite into your companies. Roles (admin, accountant, view-only) define what each user may do.
The accounting data you record remains yours or your client's. We process it only to provide the service. You may export it at any time (CSV, Excel, PDF, API) and request its deletion under the Privacy policy.
The platform automates postings according to the rules you configure, but does not replace professional judgement. Responsibility for the accuracy of records, tax filings and financial decisions remains with the user or their accountant.
The service may not be used for unlawful purposes, unauthorised access attempts, abusive API load or sharing API keys with unauthorised parties. Violations lead to account suspension.
API keys are bound to one company with limited scopes. You are responsible for the systems that use them. Breaking API changes are announced in advance and versioned.
We aim for high availability with planned maintenance outside business hours. Backups run daily. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for indirect damages.
Where the service is offered on subscription, fees, periods and cancellation terms are stated in the relevant invoice or offer. Non-payment may restrict access, without data deletion for at least 90 days.
These terms may be updated. Material changes are announced in the platform or by email; continued use means acceptance.
